Spirituallyconnect.me is an online marketplace connecting spiritual practitioners (Providers) with individuals seeking spiritual services (Seekers). We facilitate bookings, payments, and communications but are not directly providing spiritual services.

3. User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Provider Terms

Provider Obligations

• Provide accurate information about your services, qualifications, and availability
• Honor confirmed bookings and provide services as described
• Maintain professional conduct with all Seekers
• Respond to booking requests and communications in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices

Verification

All Providers must complete our verification process. We reserve the right to verify credentials, qualifications, and background checks as deemed necessary.

5. Payments and Fees

Platform Fee

Providers agree to pay a 10% platform fee on all completed bookings. This fee is automatically deducted from each transaction. Providers receive 90% of the booking amount.

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Providers must complete Stripe onboarding to receive payments
• Seekers pay at the time of booking
• Providers receive payment after service completion
• Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Seeker Cancellations

Seekers may cancel bookings according to the Provider's cancellation policy (typically 24 hours before the session). Late cancellations may forfeit payment.

Provider Cancellations

If a Provider cancels a confirmed booking, the Seeker receives a full refund. Excessive Provider cancellations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Reviews and Ratings

• Users may leave honest reviews after completed sessions
• Reviews must be respectful and non-defamatory
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate reviews
• Providers with consistently poor reviews may be removed from the platform
• Attempting to manipulate reviews is prohibited and may result in termination

8. Platform Rights and Responsibilities

We Reserve the Right To:

• Remove Providers from the platform for poor performance, excessive negative reviews, or repeated refund requests
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Modify or discontinue services at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
• Update these terms with reasonable notice
• Withhold payments if fraud or policy violations are suspected

Our Role

We are a marketplace platform and not a party to the agreement between Providers and Seekers. We do not employ Providers and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent the platform to arrange direct payments
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, or search rankings
• Share account access with others
• Scrape, copy, or misuse platform content

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Spirituallyconnect.me, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission. User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants us a license to use it on the platform.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of services provided by Providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spirituallyconnect.me from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
